Converting an underused office floor into a flexible workspace

An underused office floor needed a commercial model that could produce base income while retaining operating upside for the property owner.

We developed the flexible-workspace concept, handled design and fit-out, built the brand and sales proposition and managed the operation under a base-rent and revenue-share structure.

The floor was converted from idle space into a live coworking operation with aligned upside between owner and operator.
