Turning fragmented homes into a managed student-living community

After individual sales, the development risked becoming a collection of disconnected landlords and inconsistent tenant experiences. The university market needed one coherent accommodation product.

We brought 93 of the 103 homes into a common management model and connected them to a clubhouse hub supporting food, study, social and day-to-day resident needs. Ten units remained self-managed by their owners.

The wider community reached 317 residents at peak, demonstrating how common services and active management can restore coherence to fragmented ownership.
