Situation

A change in the development’s positioning left a large block of units difficult to explain and sell through conventional channels. Buyers needed to understand what the asset could become after purchase.

What we took responsibility for

We built an investor-facing route around furnishing, professional management and accommodation demand, connecting the purchase to a practical operating proposition and taking direct responsibility for the sales channel.

Result

Our team sold more than 200 units at an average price of approximately RM450,000—about RM90 million in aggregate value.
