Hospitality

Scaling scattered investor units into an 80-room stay operation

40 rooms to 80

Situation

Individually owned apartments do not naturally behave like one hospitality product. Standards, access, housekeeping, reception and guest support differed from unit to unit.

What we took responsibility for

We introduced a shared operating layer across the inventory: common room standards, key access, housekeeping, reception, guest support, distribution and operating procedures.

Result

The operation began with 40 rooms and grew to 80 in the same building, turning fragmented ownership into one market-facing stay product.
