Building a business in two new states, then handing it back

A Kuala Lumpur-based organisation wanted to expand into two new Malaysian states but did not yet have the locations, local partners, teams or operating setup to reproduce its model there.

We found the locations and partners, organised logistics and setup, recruited and trained management teams and ran the new operations until they were ready to transfer.

The organisation entered both states with functioning local operations and received them back through a structured handover.
